But nowadays they are just after a good bit of compensation as their looks have faded & the only attention they get now is from an overweight sweaty trucker in Keele services.
Not exactly people these days just don’t seem to be able to get their heads around the fact that many of those girls were under 16/18 and were happy going for blokes of Savile’s age or Gary Glitter’s age,let alone DLT’s,for a snog on camera or a casual shag backstage.The difference is now that they’ve just realised what they actually did now the age thing has swung back in the opposite direction with the birds only being interested in blokes of around their own age sometimes even less and the modern day social stigma attached to large age gap relationships between older blokes and young teenaged birds.
The only compensation they deserve is just thanks for getting those old zb’s in the zb for what they did to at least some of the blokes of those girls’ own age who lost out at the time and then call them what they actually are when they kick them out of the station.

I don’t think anyone is saying that he’s been proved guilty of any offence yet the OP says he’s been arrested.

Ever since the establishment decided to groom an at least 15 year old bird for an arranged marriage with a Royal who never loved her from day 1.If he had he’d have dated her and married her at the age of 16-17 just as Joe Philpot did which would have been legal.No surprise that the establishment didn’t have the bottle to do it so they kept her away from blokes of her own age until they felt the outcry would have been neutered when she reached her late teens.

The law aren’t stupid they won’t get a conviction without evidence.No one is saying the girls weren’t willing that’s the point they were.But that isn’t an adequate defence if those girls were underage and if the law can prove that there was any type of physical relationship.It’s just a question then of witness credibility and maybe photographic evidence.

Blimey I’d bet that 16 year old bird down the pub won’t be allowed on the grid before she’s 25 in your world and even then it’ll just be only banter allowed unless it’s someone of exactly her own age or younger.

That doesn’t really answer the point which I was making though.Charlie never won anything as I’ve said the establishment groomed his mrs into a marriage with a bloke who never loved her from at least the age of 15 and it’s the difference between that marriage and the one between Joe and Nicola Philpot and the public celebration of the former compared to the public condemnation of the latter.Which shows the difference between a loving large age gap marriage compared to an arranged marriage based on grooming and the hypocricy of British society concerning the issue which is at the root cause of what took place at the BBC during the 1970’s.

Leave it out.The fact is too many of those birds back in the day left me on the shelf because they preferred a ■■■■■ and a snog on camera and maybe a ■■■■■■■■■ backstage with old blokes like Savile or Gary Glitter at worse and at least one who decided that a divorcee of around my Dad’s age at best,than giving someone of their own age a chance in life.Although it’s no surprise I wasn’t invited by the BBC to even get a chance to be proved wrong by those birds anyway for relevant reasons which I’ve given,which I don’t believe I would have been.
