Following on from last weeks accident in the west bore,
This morning a NUMPTY driving an artic bulk tipper , overtaking in the outside lane. 
and it wasn’t just to overtake a slower moving vehicle , it was from the beginning right to the end.
WHY.
My question is , can the authorities and will they, prosecute using the footage from the CCTV cameras in the tunnel ? I bloody hope so

ye totally agree m8 im no grass but these guys want taking of road they do us all no good miracle a traffic see u using phone but miss mr a…hole steaming down outside lane and with our new influx of eastern gents good chance cud be one just be interested to know

Nicks picture looks like the M23 N/B approaching J8. The inside lane is for the M25 West and the outer two are for the M25 East and M23 north. If I was going towards Coulsdon then that’s where I’d be as the other two lanes are for traffic leaving the motorway.

no lane separation - guidance all the lane markings are the same so this indicates 3 lanes al equal
