It was promised though that when the costs had been covered it would be free to use. The Scottish government kept their promises but in the South East they’ve got more money than sense and too ■■■■■■■ lazy to do anything about it!

I remember fondly my april fools tour-de-force for Racing Report. I did a wonderful piece about how Krispy Kremes were taking over from Pirelli as sole tyre supplier in a bid to make the tyres last longer.
