Hi all, Can anyone tell me if there is a company called DANSK I see their trailers regular ( yellow / blue) but cant seem to find any info on them ■■? I’m thinking maybe they got taken over by some other shipping company ■■

Not sure if these are the guys my friend is lookin for, I think he is after the UK company, I’ve seen hundreds of their trailers near and around the docks, most of em’ tilts !

I think the parent company is Danish (iirc, "dansk is Danish for “Danish”) so they are probably their unaccompanied trailers.
What rock `n roll have you been on? What do you think of it?
Might see you there this summer, we will probably be subbing to them again this year.

We did short trips with the Stones, Metallica, Shania Twain and about 4 Iron Maidens, enjoyable stuff, I do some local stuff in between when its quiet, looks to be a busy summer coming up though

i am looking for winter work october through to april, do your compamies do much through the winter of am i going to have to go back to general work■■?
i have helped a couple of others find rock and roll for the summer but i cant do it have responsabilites here

Winter is difficult ! I usually use agencies or try and settle into a trunking job at least until Easter when things pick-up, most of the guys doing ‘‘music’’ work have been doing so for years and years so they tend to get priority which I guess is fair, as I’ve only been doing it part time for a year or so most of the work I get offered is in the summer months !!

You could try either Paul Mathew (thaetre transport)or maybe Fly By nite out of Birmingham, sorry dont have the numbers should be easy to find though.
They are usually busy throughout the year including the winter times !
