Heres a few pics of a bad one my brother sent me from the garage he works for. Not sure exactly what happend but ive been told the driver didnt have a scratch on him.
The company info and reg number was removed by request.
Saw thia the other week when I got towed into volvo at Birstall,spoke to the guy that towed me in he said the driver fell asleep,luckily for him he didn’t have a passenger as he would have not survived.
This is going back abit 1970 on the M62

looking at all these pics i bet a few of us have said “christ that was close”. possiby with our eyes shut at the time, and stained strides. be lucky guys

No i worked at the droitwich depot, the busted truck was towed back to wolves for breaking up i guess- there were probably still some useful bits left on it. alot of the drivers at our place said i did them a favour by writing off ‘the beast’

My little bump looks mild by comparison!!
Coming down the A380 just before Christmas '09. Freezing temperatures and a sleet shower turned this downhill section into a skating rink. The cars in the pic had already crashed into one another and I just added to the mayhem! Put the full beam on, sounded the horns and tried to aim for the central reservation.
a coworker with a bad lapse in concentration crashed into a stau near hamburg this summer. walked away with minor injuries.
