Need to clear something up in my own head about daily rest please folks. I can already here the sighs but I am rusty on me drivers hours. Today I worked from 9.30 am to 11.00 pm. My question is when can I legally start again tomorrow. I understand it’s going to be a reduced daily rest but I’m having a brain ■■■■ as to when I can legally start again in the morning. Would appreciate any help.

Yes have the available reduction as just a part timer these days. Amazing how rusty I’ve got with a 2 year sebatical from driving. Thanks for the help this forum has been very useful for me just lately.
8am…unless you want an 11 ( like me i dont do reduced ) then its 10am…sweet dreams lol.

If you do a 13.5 hour shift you got no choice but to reduce. Sure, you can take 11 off but it will still count as a reduced rest.
