So I’ve been parked up in Chester MSA for a few hours, planning on moving at around 0400, just noticed that idiot boy here didn’t switch the tacho to rest. Sure I can do a printout and ‘wrongmode etc’. However is there a way to manual entry my Start of daily rest/EOS? Tachos an Exact Duo.

Not helpful now but this is why I always eject the card overnight.
Nope, you can only do a manual entry for the time when your card isn’t in the tacho,
When it’s been left in, your only option is to do a printout with an explanation, times etc and sign it, easiest way is make 2 copies, 1 to the office and the other for you to keep with you till you notice it’s over a month old, then bin it, but nothing to worry about

Nor mine. And we won’t be the last lol. But yeah me taking the card out is my little failsafe routine
I found a way to fix the problem without getting infringements or having to do printouts.
Sleep through the alarm.
Whoops.
Not been a great day so far, although I cannot believe I’ve nit had the office calling yet!
