Daily rest hours query

Is this legal?

Monday work 13 hours
9 hours rest
Tuesday work 13 hours
9 hours rest
Wednesday
work 13 hours 9 hours rest.

So now my query is can I do 2×15 hours thur Friday. As long as I take 11 hours rest before each shift.

You can’t do a 15hr shift and an 11hr rest in a 24hr period. 15+11=26.

No, you’ve used your reduced rests, and doing a 15 hour shift automatically puts you into a reduced rest.

All you can do is 2 13h shifts
A lesson for you always save a 15 hour day for Friday along with a 10 hour drive [emoji6]

Until your next weekly rest period you can only do 15 hour shifts if you have split daily rest periods, that means having 3 consecutive hours rest during the shift.

You’ve had 3 reduced daily rest periods and that’s all you’re allowed between weekly rest periods.

Yes. But it’s in a 24 he period? As each day had 11 hours rest. As only worked 13 hrs

I’m not sure what you mean but as has been said you’ve already had 3 reduced daily rest periods and that’s all you’re allowed between weekly rest periods.

Without having a split daily rest period you cannot possibly work 15 hours and have 11 hours rest within the period of 24 hours.

Ah I see so really I’d been better doing extra couple hours instead of 13 do 15 .

Sorry I realise now yes at last 11hrs rest 13 hrs work. I kept thinking 15 hrs work 11 hrs rest makes 24 it makes 26 God what an idiot I am
