Every single one driving far too fast and close for the conditions. I’m surprised it’s not actually worse than it seems tbh.
But yet again someone more intent on filming on their phone then helping people and calling the emergency services. Doesn’t matter if 100 people call 911 it’s better that more do than all thinking someone else will have done it.
And they get more and worse snow than us so should be used to it.

Snow, I’ve never had a problem with it. 
That particular stretch is downhill. People were driving too fast at the top of the hill then unable to slow/stop coming down the hill. By the time they got to where the camera guy was, they were just passengers.
