When i was working for an umbrella company they said i was allowed to claim Meal Subsistence of £5 if working 5 to 10 hours a day or £10 for over 10 hours a day
i have now gone Ltd company and cannot find anywhere where it says that what i was claiming was correct so am now worried about making the same claims.
Is there anybody out there who knows how much i am allowed to claim or has a link to somewhere so i can see thanks.
We claim £5 for 5-10 hours and £10 for over 10 hours. I’m PAYE and have to attach receipts to weekly claim form.
