Not sure why the adverts say that but it is possible to have both experience driving HGV’s and be newly passed, if for instance you did rigid work for a period of time before moving on to pass C&E.
Limpers I think are agency workers so called as most agency workers are reputed to have a limp.
I hope my plantar fasciitis (tender heal) clears up before I get my cat c, else I’ll have to steer clear of agencies for a while. I’m limping all over the place at the moment.

AFAIK, I coined the term “perma-limper”… and I’m not an agency driver, never have been, never will be.
