2025 XG sometimes drops ACC when applying the retarder one click on decent and needs Resuming. Sometimes doesn’t. Why would that be? Totally random as to whether it does or doesn’t.
It should drop out of cruise when applying exhaust or foot brake every time, not just occasionally. The only time it’ll stay in cruise is if you are coasting faster then the set speed and put a click of exhaust brake on to slow it. Once you slow to the set speed it will then knock the cruise off. Only way to stop that is to disengage exhaust brake when you are still 1mph or more higher than the set speed.

How about learning to drive a truck and watching and noting when things cut in or off
I can overrun down a hill in mine and still bring the speed back before Tacho registers an over speed

That’s ok , the XG is complicated , but have a play with things and it gets easy
Don’t turn any safety features off , but play with the rest
Every time I fire it up I turn the lane departure and the drowsiness alert off. Oh, and the speeding one also because it gets the speed limits wrong that many times it’s just bloody annoying.

Maybe I’m understanding this wrong but it reads to me that’s showing as if it’s not my digi card in tacho give me strength,
But its definitely my card in tacho , reported it and they said why didn’t he put it back to English , give me a bloody old golden with out all this crap
Just scrowling through menu that bottom line seems to say dash , but who knows , last time I had this I got a pole to look , he though it might be Hungarian , so got him to put it back to English
They can’t look on the Tacho head to write the KMs traveled down then to easy
