I’ve inherited a 2011 DAF LF with a blown speaker.
Firstly… Do I need a specific speaker I.e are they 24v and secondly. What size?
Thanks in advance

No, they don’t rate them by voltage
They do rate them by impedance and wattage, measured in ohms and watts
Take the old one out, that’ll tell you how big it is. It’ll have to come out soon enough.
Ω is the symbol you’re looking for, for impedance. W for power(wattage).
If you like your sounds, replace with a GOOD quality speaker, and not the tat fitted as standard. You will really notice the difference.

Did that with our Iveco - put Focal ones in as replacement.

Cheers lads. I’ve got some really good speakers lying about so if they fit I’ll put them in.
