I drive a DAF LF 45/140 for a well known parcel delivery company.The payload will depend on the weight of the body fitted.The box fitted to my one does not have a tail lift and is fitted with a roller shutter to save weight.
The payload is only 2450kg.
I have seen a couple of ex-parcel DAF’s fitted with a ramp to use as a horse/cattle truck.

My old LF could take 2750, think the ones without tailifts could carry just under 3 tonnes
