I am wondering if anyone knows if the daf 45 is 12 or 24v .? I am asking as am putting a cb in to my lorry and want to make sure I know the correct voltage
We have 3 and they are all 24v. Below the radio / heater controls there is a DIN socket for 12v output.
As franklin said mine was a 59 plate and had a proper socket which stated 12v had a splitter plugged in bells to truck socket other end had twin CIG sockets and had it screwed to lower dash no problems used it for my TV. They are available at truck stops and eBay don’t think I paid much more than a fiver

Just discovered my cb has a built in voltage reducer so can be used with 12 or 24 volts so I will wire it into the spare T spade connector that DAF has kindly left in the bay above te digi tacho
