I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the lenght on the xf105 interior light tubes… Im trying to get some more but seeing as im not in the lorry not to sure the lenght of the little tubes… Thanks
The festoon bulbs are 44mm long. There is a small amount of adjustment in the tabs within the light fitting though.
One thing to note is that the OEM fit bulbs are 15W which are not that easy to get hold of. If you put the more commonly available 10W in then the light is considerably dimmer.
In the end after even DAF struggled to get 15W bulbs I fitted some good quality LEDs. As lightly bluer light but much brighter providing you don’t buy cheapies.

cheers pal iv been looking around and have found the 44m 15bulbs in white but the problem was i wasnt too sure the lenght of the light its self… i thought a brought a bulb from the lorry with me and when i went to my local daf garage i wsa met with blank looks as to say… wtf doe he want a bulb for and not the whole piece… will order then now. n thanks for getttn back to me
DAF sell them in 15 and 18w versions
