also to make you aware you mentioned a table, if you get stopped with a table in the window you might attract a pg9 and a fine but the decsion is yours, good luck on your quest

I would have thought that the first thing any Cf driver would want to buy is a booster seat.
Is it only me that thinks Cf drivers look like midgets?

c.f’s have the worst driving position of any truck ive ever driven( ive had a cf since 2007 ,just changing to a Volvo)

For truck table for a cf go to trucktables.com

Just asking like, are you a midget?

No mate 5’9 and still had to have the seat fully down and forward

Why go to the expense of the petrol, just leave it to the electrics they’ll do it for you in time

try a ■■■■■■■ hino, you’ll soon think a cf is the most comfortable thing in the world!!!

surely the CF can/t be that bad if it has won fleet truck of the year 11 times,or am I missing something

I would suggest that the awards are largely manufacturer/fleet manager/accountant dominated. Having driven/endured the CF on and off for the past 7 years I truly hate the [zb] things, or at least the spec that my company have.

Among my complaints the flaccid suspension which throws you (the driver) all over the place, the ludicrous door window arrangement, the ridiculously high windscreen, the generally poor build quality with trim falling off if the doors are closed to hard, the AStronic auto box that leaves you hanging so often I usually drive in manual in urban areas and on gradients, the poor driving seat lumber support and damping, the dreadful radio reception, the …well you get my drift.

As far as I can see they are reasonable on fuel economy and the bean counters seem to like them.

My home for yrs daf CF spacecab, nowt wrong with them…im 6ft 4 ins plenty of room for your legs…feet, compared to a scania there luxury, mine was reliable had the 430 motor did its job, but i am a sucker for the FH VOLVO, autobox…cruise, nice motor.
