Hi guys.Hope someone could shed some light on a problem I have with a 2003 daf cf 6x2 tipper.It cut out today while driving and has configuration error and alternator warning on dashboard.it will turn over but won’t start.i have replace relays in fuse box as recommended by someone but still no go.plug it into diagnostics but no codes shown.Hope someone can help.Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Not a Scooby mate, but if you PM a member on here with the username “norb” he’ll be able to point you in the right direction as he’s a DAF techie.
I had the alternator warning message (in amber) on dash yesterday and it wouldn’t start. Turned out it was the regulator pack on the alternator. Be aware if it is this, it may have knackered or shortened the life of your starter motor. It did with mine, it wouldn’t start this morning and made just the wirring noise without the turn over.
Regulator pack cost about £90 I think and starter was nearly £400.
