The guy has got to be winding us up. No-one can be that thick when looking at that bunch of wires.
Cut them all and any others you can find. It’s a Daf, it would be cruel not to 
A small paint brush would suffice to clean that crevis

Cut the black pipe behind the seat, provides air for the seat and nothing else…
Think them coloured tubes are in fact the heater control cables, ie not lecky but piano wire in a tube.
Its either seat air pipe, or the protected air supply behind the dash, which is bit if an arse to get to.
