Hi all just a quick one I’m starting the car transporting job Monday and its the dad low top cab but my question is this how does anyone fit there belongings in that low cab is there a secret please help guys

Realistically you will have stuff piled on your bunk, so a few large containers to keep it in makes it quicker to shift.
Have a search through Lucys posts, there are some pics from when she used to be out all in a p cab scanny that may help.

a place for everything and everything in its place we have a couple of low cab dafs at our place and the drivers cope reasonbly well with what space they do have bearing in mind they also have to carry sheets rope straps chains etc one of them is a good mate of mine and apart from not being able to stand up or go for a wander round the cab just gets on with it 
As above, your extra kit will all be on the bed, when you go to sleep at night you simply have to pile it all up on the dash and work round it when you get up, try to leave yourself an easy exit through the (usually) passenger door for a pee or emergencies.
It sounds awkward and there’s little easy about it, after a few weeks you’ll find the method that works best for you.
Might be an idea to remove the passenger seat, that would free up a lot of room.
As i got older and less bendy!? i found getting up in the morning bloody awful, trying to get dressed hanging off the bunk unable to even sit upright (low cab Scania) was torture.
You’ll sleep well though, you’ll be knackered.
Best of luck with the job the, first few months can be hell but stick with it if you can, good transporter drivers are in short supply now fast forward another 5 years and i think the good days might just come back.
