Zac_A, I would quite agree that the repeat tests should have been done, because that is what is being paid for, whether the doctor thinks it would result in a different reading or not.
Similarly the form does not indicate a urine test, so the doctor shouldn’t do one and definitely shouldn’t put down on the form that a urine test has been refused.
There is always the option of not sending off a D4 where the doctor’s performance was inadequate, but getting a refund is a different question if the medical was prepaid.
