Not sure who it is that paints them now but they are painted in Dingwall near Inverness oppsite Norscot Internationals yard.

Yes i used a tripod and a long exposure time, not sure exactly what settings i used as it was taken sometime ago now! And yes your right! Especially at the weekends! Nowhere near as bad at Cherwell valley at the weekend!! Like a willi betz depot in there!!!
