Anybody been to the above please? I’ve got a postcode but looking on the map there’s a few low bridges kicking about so a bit of local knowledge would be much appreciated. I’ll be travelling up the A5 and then onto the A483. I’m 12’9" high.

If it’s the place I’m thinking of, it’s on the industrial estate at Llay. The best way I think would be north up the A483, avoid Wrexham altogether and come off at the exit signed Llay / Rossett (about halfway between Wrexham and Chester). Turn left at the top of the slip (B5102), the road goes up a very steep hill and then straightens out, and come to a set of lights. Turn right (Rackery Lane), then left into the estate. It’s only a one road estate, goes round in a loop so should be easy to find

Yes that’s the one. Can be a funny lot when they feel like it 
there used to be some small traffic lights on the gatepost to let you know if you could go in or not but if they’re queing out on the road just spin round join the back and walk in and see the weighbridge fella as there’s 2 intakes so some could be waiting for the same pit
What an absolute dump of a place! 2 hours I’ve been say here and I’m still outside the gate waiting to weigh in! Wont be rushing back here if I can help it!

I waited 4 hrs the other week just to weigh in there…then they rejected the load!
