My mate did that years ago but went straight through the plastic window of a soft top & landed on the back seat
I watched that video and couldn’t believe it when the second biker did exactly the same thing.
Had exactly the same a few years ago, I had broken down at the side of the road and while waiting for the AA watched a muppet cycle straight into the back of me. He did no damage to my car but he wasn’t very well himself 
I told him if he’d been on the cycle path provided he wouldn’t have done that and with that I sat back in my car and left him laying there, after a few mins he hobbled off pushing his bike down the cycle path.

Legally you should have given him your name, address, vehicle registration (and owner details if it wasn’t your car) and shown him your insurance certificate. But I think you’re safe now 
This makes me happy!
I did the same as a teenager nearly 40 years ago. Landed on top of the car and bent the forks back on my bike.

My mate did somthing similar when he was riding to work however this fella was waiting for his missus to come out of the house sat in his car, my mate is going at a decent speed and tries the brakes to slow down a bit. The brake cable snaps he goes out of control, hits the front of the car and flys over the roof.
My mate says the only thing he remembers from it to this day is when he flew over the car he could see the fella looking up at him through the sunroof open mouthed, all this happening in slow motion
