If only more cyclists and motorists followed these simple rules there would be less accidents.Cyclists need to learn to avoid going up the nearside of vehicles but in turn drivers need to learn to signal properly and use correct observation.The vehicle in the video was a rigid.No excuse for not noticing a cyclist coming up the inside.Much the same with as artic if positioned in a straight line at red lights.
