can anybody help 
had a search (well try’d) though the forums but had no luck finding anything, even had a go at google but again not that sure 
its the first time i’v had to do a cv so not got idear were to start, any help is appreciated
A while ago Sam Millar posted a very smart example of a CV template. Perhaps ask him if he would mind you using it.
