My mate does custom & prototype models but he aint cheap. He recently did a model for JCB at £4k !
Your easiest & cheapest option would be to find a simple model & look to customising it yourself with printable decals.

he will possibly know of someone to do a 1:50
I was asked if I knew anyone who could do one.
I reckon it’s more a case of anyone know who could customize an existing model. I’ve been having a look, and have found a Nooteboom triaxle stepframe lowloader. A Scania R480 Highline 6x2 should be easy enough to source. Getting them liveried may be more tricky.
No idea about the budget for it though.

Yeah I don’t work much in 1/50 scale and being a tramper I don’t have a lot of time to do any modelling at all
