Asking small outfits if they are looking for a driver and they ask to see my cv. Now here is my problem, my cv is not related to transport in the slightest. Is there any point in sending it?
Same as me, I’ve been sending mine just as a matter of course…Had a couple of agencies pick up on previous work and offer me that instead 
When they ask for cv I’m starting to think it’s their way of saying ‘sorry bud, not interested’.
Nope, i work for a company with class leading terms and conditions, you won’t get a look in here without a CV for them to pore over, same at most of the jobs worth having…ie those that don’t advertise for drivers and never have.
Knock on doors, but have a CV with the truth and nothing but the truth boldly written on one page ready to hand over.
