Digi card about the same, 4 days.
Yet to find out about licence update, hopefully should know in a few weeks. 
Licence update is normally about 4 or 5 working days as well.

My class c licence just took 4 weeks to come back after passing my test, dvla told me it would be even longer so I sent a complaint email off and they sent it back a couple of days after.
Blimey, so either 4 days or 4 weeks! We will see… (I hope)
I’m looking forward to having 4 identical looking plastic cards that realistically could be 2, or maybe 1. (Licence, DigiCard, CPC, ADR)
And the only one I wouldn’t need to carry when working, is the Licence. The world is MAD MAD MAD
I phoned them after about 3 and a half weeks and they said ring back in another weeks time so I sent an email blaming them for practically every atrocity post World War One then amazingly 3 days later my licence turns up, I’m doing my class c+e in just over a weeks time so hopefully I’ll get my c+e licence back quicker so I can go job hunting
