The yard foreman at Bowater Scott Barrow was my good friend and mentor(tormentor sometimes!) Eric Postlethwaite and he always had the Bowie vans parked like Gaurdsmen—nothing less than perfect would do! same as the roping and sheeting I had to do with him on the 8 wheeler & trailer.As the great Possy used to say"If you can’t do it right brother don’t start"Bewick.
