You asked where I was as you had’nt heard from me… I was at Carlisle show on sunday, called into the model/craft shed & had a play about with some model cattle lorries on a table with a sign that said ‘do not touch’ well the old geezer with the red jumper never even said booo… I got bored & went back & sat in the restored truck I brought to display… Any reason why you did’nt challenge me in person? Instead of behind a computer screen??

You obviously havn’t seen him “in person” Nelly,he’s 6’ 4" and weighs 18 stone, solid muscle, and has competed in both the Worlds strongest man and also that wife carrying race, you should count yourself lucky he didn’t come across you pal. :sunglasses:    Bewick.

Alas being 6’ 4" and weighs 18 stone, solid muscle, does not make a person an hard man! Lets get the thread on on track ie ■■■■■■■■ trucks & cut out the nasty attacks. Thanks.

Bring `em on , “Hodgeturbo”.

I am sure this is the same C.A. Woof , from Ayside , Grange over Sands , who later bought a Dodge Commando cattle wagon from
Bob Walling , Crosthwaite , in the mid. 1980`s. After a couple of years , he sold it and returned to tipper work ,
possibly with a Volvo F7 6 wheeler .

Cheers , cattle wagon man.

Metcalfe Bros. have a low-height c/c drawbar trailer for carrying a road-plaining machine as part of their business , so that might be
the purpose of its design , etc. Again , “DEW” will be able to supply the extra information required.

Cheers , cattle wagon man.

The body buider from Arkholme is Tony Hayton.
