Just returned from 2 weeks in Cuba. Saw 1 Iveco, cab up for repair, 1 new Volvo, dustcart, 1 Ford Cargo and the rest were Chinese and Russian. The local buses were ex cattle trucks.

I fancy cuba think it would be an excellent holiday destination Wonder if you have a cuba stamp if you’d have any bother getting into the states? Apparently if you have an Israeli stamp in your passport you cant get into all manner of countries.
In Cuba, you can ask them not to stamp your passport as do many 1000’s of people that holiday there from the USA that fly via Canada.
I probably wouldn’t want to go to 99.9% of the countries that have a problem with an Israeli stamp.
I was laid on the beach in Varadero and heard a strange buzzing noise. Imagine my surprise when I spotted an inflatable dinghy full of gawping tourists fly over the top of the hotel! Yep, over the top of it. They fit what appears to be a hang glider wing and a large propeller and take off from the sea.
I also saw 40 foot flatbeds with a bar down the middle for passengers to hold on to drive past with at least 30 punters on it. Awesome, you gotta love a country that lets people make grown up decisions about their own personal safety.

Cuba does not stamp any passport, and is a holiday destination of many Americans including touring college baseball teams, I have spent a year living there, is great to be able to get drunk as â– â– â– â– and still wander around safely at 1am. Varedero is not Cuba tho, Is a money making holiday providing outpost.

Been there several times for holidays - fantastic place and wonderful people if you get to know them (which is very much frowned on by the authorities!)
Re the quote above - I understand that it is actually illegal to pass a hitch-hiker in Cuba!
