Cs cargo - looking for c + e drivers

probly not my place to say as i no nothing about the company other than they run into tnt tyne & wear & have new merc 6x2 drawbar outfits.
i spotted on my way into work on the rear doors a new sticker advertising for c+e drivers. i belive there a czech republic based company.
cscargo.com/doprava/en/

was parked in a routier near st. jean de luz in france when one of them pulled in, when the parking bod asked him if he was eating in the restaurant he said he couldn’t afford it so then the parking chap asked him to pay 10 euros to park which he couldn’t pay either so if they are looking for drivers just be careful of what they pay

They are always hiring, hard work, not much money, 1000+ trucks.

CS cargo is an ex-NL company, or founded by the Dutch in CZ where it grew big - by buying other companies (Smidbersky e.g., that was fairly big purchase) and by pushing smaller hauliers out of beer export and distribution - now they do ~3/4 of all beer jobs in and out of CZ. They are about as popular as some of the big players in the UK.

Some of the tandem drawbar units are only 360hp, maintenance average (a lot depends on drivers), work preferences respected (domestic vs. EU), 561dodger respected too… good deal of self-tipping/loading.
No experience accepted, for double-manning.
Money-wise… 9800Kc base + 1.70/km (rising) + 1500Kc for weekend away (2weekends min to apply) + bonus, as manager sees fit. Lots of stable FTL work so 10,000km/month normal. => min 1100eur/month…

1100 euro a month :open_mouth: and i thought the romanians in murcia and valencia on 1200 were taking the proverbial urine, they’ll not get UK drivers at that rate surely

Do 12000km/month, stay away all four weekends and you are on 1500 already. Plus that bonus

Would you have to do your CPC in Czech?
(Though I’m sure company this big could “help”)

3,000km’s a week. 7 nights out for about £300 a week. Don’t think brits will be queueing up for that one. Just shows why we can’t compete in europe doesn’t it ?. Makes “Eat More Chips” look well paid.
