Crisis!

I started working for Raymonds as a shunter driver at the Rockwool site and was lucky enough for them to pay for my licence, why not ask all the companies near you if they have shunting jobs and work your way up from there, you gain experience on driving the things (mostly reversing when shunting) and you also have your foot in the door of a company, their more likely to promote from within. I all else fails see if they have any yard work i.e general dogs body or cleaning wagons and so on, there will come a time when another driver lets them down and you’d be in the right place at the right time. Whatever happens dont give up hope.
