asked for xtra dosh for comming in on o/t in week,bloke said that wouldnt be fair to bloke who works that day to pay you o/t,well hell get it when he works o/t on my rota day,so its swings and r/abouts,we eventually all win.still didnt think it was fair,rate stays flat,other than regular o/timers,rest said well pass on that then

So called lead or main agencies with the firms (some on site like adr) in crick have to sub it out to other agents when they short of drivers.
Pay is a mish mash of flat rates, night/day rate - overtime after 8 hours etc.
Most agencies in Northampton, rugby and brixworth deal with crick.
