hi , just a quick one and more an observation , in the process of applying for a transport related job , (more than likely non hgv) , do most companys pick up the crb check cost ? , unless self employed ? , also have to pay for a driving entitlement consent form (d795) , yet if i was pulled by they law with no documents ,they would know instantly via the radio or computer if i was legal or not , that will be the next pc thing , charging for that service , as well as everything else ! , cheers .

Seconded. Its usually a case that you pay for it out of your own pocket and they reimburse you.
