trouble is R2 traffic news is so good you have to listen ( much more up to date that the local stations that cut in )
If you want a truly duff radio station you could always tune into Galaxy. When I was mini-bus driving for an agency the temps all kept screaming for Galaxy, excuse me I need to throw up.
The Beeb’s problem is they are more into waffling than playing music

Anyone remember Giselle (or Grizzel) Ruskin? Was on Fox/Heart FM Oxford until recently, all she’d do was whinge about her boyfriend, go on about what her sister had said and then play some Take That…oh and read the news in an irritating Clarkson tone of voice.

Even worse with Steve Wright, his ■■■■■■’ singing all the time. There’s a professional singing a song, and he starts singing over it?? WHY■■?

Agreed 100%, a more useless, talentless and snobby cow you’d struggle to find.
How many times in a short show could she rub in her wealth? Also, her ‘much beloved’ must be ■■■■■■■ MAD!
And that’s before you look at how many mistakes she can make in 10 mins of reading messages.
