I’ve seen several drivers attempt to strap or tie down piles of sand and gravel on flatbeds. These people are not only allowed to drive but they’re out there concreting footings for buildings.

Saw a guy in purfleet docks the other week with a plastic toy John deer tractor and trailer actually chained down think he was on for coxinental
In the States, I believe they consider it bad luck to have an empty trailer.
