Not beyond the realms of possibility that your instructor has had a heart attack or got flattened by some un-cpc’d lorry driver and sadly passed away therefore, they didn’t upload the course at all.
In which case you’ll have to do ALL 35 hours again, go to Aldi’s on Friday and hand out £10 notes and quite possibly have to sweep the yard too!

The training provider has five days in which to upload the fact that you were there.
It might take a while after that to show on the system.
Depending on which system the provider uses for their own admin, you’ll get a paper certificate, or be able to print one off from the provider’s portal.
