I have my psv licence which needs to have the cpc all done for sept 2013
if i have not completed the training i understand i will not be able to use my psv
But will i lose my entitlement ?
or just until i sit all my cpc
you never lose entitlement to drive the vehicle
not having Dcpc just means you cant drive for hire and reward
Assuming you will be doing the 35 hours before 09/09/2014 and then assuming you will miss the PCV deadline of 09/09/2013 your right to drive PCVs will be suspended until the 35 hours is completed
The PCV and LGV categories on the licence are a seperate issue to the dcpc
The dcpc allows the driver to use those categories commercially
