Hi All,
I already hold a PCV licence but never done CPC for it. I have done Mod 1, 2 and waiting to do Mod 4 of my CPC for my LGV licence.
Once I have done Mod 4 does that qualify me to drive buses professionally again or is the LGV CPC seperate?
Do I have to have passed my Mod 3 LGV to get the CPC qualification card?
Thanks
G

I will assume you do not have a pre 1997 licence
The initial DCPC mods 2 + 4 are seperate for LGV & PCV
WHAT DATE DID YOU PASS PCV - after answering that I will go further …
Drivinmecrazy:
Passed Cat D in 2003
You need the 35 hours for PCV which can also count for LGV but only count for LGV after passing LGV initial module tests 2 & 4
Do the LGV mods 2 & 4 THEN do the 35 hours periodic
You will be covered for DCPC for LGV after passing mod 4 but will not be DCPC covered for PCV until the 35 hours are completed
LGV DCPC DQC will not be issued to you until mod 3 practical is passed if you do mod 4 then mod 3
