I’m looking to do my CPC Module 4 and just wanted to know if I can use any larger vehicle?
A good friend of mine has a large Luton van with a tail lift, who has kindly offered to let me borrow it - would this be suitable for the test?
Ive tried searching but cant find a definate answer

Scroll down for C1 requirements as that is the smallest that can be used
You wont need L plates or additional mirrors for Mod 4. The majority of Luton vans are 3.5 tonnes so are not suitable. You must have a closed box/curtain body and a minimum gross weight of 4 tonnes.

Oops, I assumed those vans were heavier than 3.5 ton
They can be. Check the plate. I said the “majority” of Lutons are 3.5 tonne. But not all.
