OP - I bet passing LGV C was easy for you as you have already done the police advanced course?
Funnily enough the examiner knew straight away i was a cop by the way i drove the vehicle… total respect to you guys on the road…and yes it did help… i am due to retire all my family are truck drivers I’m just the odd one lol so i want to do this for a living once i leave the under resourced uk police …

A dcpc must be approved and the trainee will know that beforehand as the extra dcpc paperwork has to be done

That does not mean those with previous grandfather rights will have to do initial modules 2 and 4
Those with previous GF rights need the 35 hours periodic
nor do you lose the entitlement as some other bang on about.
Got my answer from the DVSA you have to do the 35 hour periodic thanks for all your answers looks like i will have to fork out more money…but it will be worth it in the end
