Hi all,
I have my CPC Mod 4 test tomorrow and I’m currently revising the questions and answers, but there are a couple of questions I have which I hope somebody can set me right with!
Firstly, on the questions where you have to explain what to do in the event of a fire, where would I find the isolator switch?
Secondly, the training school hasn’t let me know what the width and length of the vehicle are. I’m going to ask tomorrow but I was curious if there is any info like you get with weights somewhere on the vehicle? It is a rigid.
Finally, the cockpit drill is it basically check mirrors, neutral, handbrake etc or should I perform a full daily check to include exhaust, lights etc?
Everything else I’m pretty confident on it’s just these few items which are making me doubt myself!
Thanks
Brew

Hopefully all this will be covered by your trainer - but just in case:
Isolator switch equates with ignition key normally
Width of the vehicle will be 2.5 metres. Length - ask the trainer or pace it as you would in the real world.
Cockpit drill: as you said but adding seat belt and seat adjustment. Don’t go any further, that just confuses the issue.
All the best with it, Pete

Cheers Peter, that has cleared up a few issues for me!
The training felt a bit of a rush job between four people there. Hopefully it’ll all be alright on the night!
Thanks again
