passed my cpc mod 2 test today. A couple questions appeared that i didnt know instantly the answer too.
Any ideas?
What documents or certificate would someone need if transporting meat carcases through europe?
What law will protect the company when delivering goods e.g. Conditions of carriage?

I would have thought you would need the information of where the meat came from, as they like a paper trail on that at all times?
