CPC Holder Required in Buckinghamshire

My honourable friend is seeking an external National CPC holder for a three vehicle fleet in Bucks area - if interested please let me know via PM.

He really ought to take the CPC himself, it will cost over £200 a month to hire an external TM, he could get the money back in less than six months if he did it himself. Plus, the Traffic Commissioners really are starting to get a downer on external Transport Managers.
