I did my initial cpc last year and I was told that I would have five years from the pass date to complete the 35 hours training, yet this morning I was told that I only had until September next year, can anybody shed any light on this for me, I didn’t have acquired rights on my licence.

Look at your DQC (driver cpc card) for the expiry date - that is the correct one

Many companies are unaware that new LGV/PCV drivers do not follow the five year cycle for acquired rights.
The only people who know are the ones who are collecting the money for all this ■■■■■■■■.
Its just legalised robbery
