Just thought I would let you guys know that locating " lost" paperwork for RSA exams isn’t exactly straightforward- some of you may already know this!!
Having passed CPC in mid 1980’s, due to various house moves etc I had lost certificates.
An application through the the normal channels drew a blank, but hey presto!- a phone call with a firm but pleasant manner for them to “look again” gave the desired result.
Couple of questions guys:
As it was a wee while ago(!) I definitely need a CPC refresher- anyone been on a 1 or 2 day course they would recommend?
I’m looking ( possibly) to incorporate car transport into a future business- how are rates for that sector?
( please no daft answers re “find the work first” etc- run a couple of successful businesses in past and like I say, would be a small part of a business opportunity)

Buy David Lowe’s transport managers handbook. Its got all the up to date legislation in it, and you can use it as a reference book as you go along.
