Just after recommendations, heard tales of some being a waste of time, to some where you learn something and it was interesting. My brother did his in August last year and he was not impressed. So if am going to pay for it I want the best course!!! Plus I want to do it ASAP, got to do the full 35 hours. Prefer local but will travel. Any info appreciated.

A lad called Pete shepherd was the instructor also the MD, I did a week long course so that every module was different, he made it quite interesting so you weren’t bored, you had to participate answer the odd question, couple of multiple choice tests, if you’ve got a bit of common sense its a breeze, plus bottomless tea and coffee pots and bowls of sweets on each row of desks,

Thanks for the plug … but we have moved! Now operating in Burnley (BB11 1QJ). Same prices as last year and next 35 hour course starts Monday 02/03/15 and it is almost booked up. (you just missed one)

How are mate, trust you have give up roping and sheeting as means of earning a living and now do it for a laugh!!!

Hey tom good to hear from you mate,hope you are well.Regarding r/s no chance mate,had a bit of bad luck in 2001 fell off truck did my spine in,been confined to a wheelchair ever since,apart from that ime ok.Stay in touch mate.
