Our place does not seem to be taking it too seriously we have not done anything about any training as yet. I have been chatting to quite a few folks over the last week or so and I am quite surprised by how little training some firms have done as yet, and a few folks that have done some training have said it was a waste of time.
I think some firms just think it will go away if they leave it long enough !
this is my third lot now . Now learned that much just refreshed on somethings. So all in all not to bad
Done 7 hrs today on health and safety complete and utter waste of time and money, 7 hours of my life gone that ill never get back how the hell can someone talk for 7 hours on the right way to lift a box ffs… tmrow meant to be doing customer care ,what the hell is that gonna do for my driving skills absolutely no basis on what i do, The training agencys must be laughing all the way to the bank when they made these syllabuses up.
